OLD BSR1. Who we are
This website, oldbsr.com, is run by the OLD BSR NDK team — supporters of Byreddy Siddharth Reddy and the YSR Congress Party in Nandikotkur, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the OLD BSR NDK team.
This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
2. Information we collect
We keep the information we collect to a minimum:
- Messages you send us. When you use the form on the Contact page, it opens your own email app. We receive your name, phone number, email address and message only if you choose to send that email.
- ID card maker. The details and photo you enter on the ID Cards page are processed only in your browser. They are not uploaded to or stored on our server.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting server automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive information such as Aadhaar numbers, bank details or passwords.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your messages, questions and requests.
- To keep you informed about local programmes and activities, if you ask us to.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
4. Cookies
The website uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work, and shows a cookie notice where you can accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
5. Third-party services
Some content on this website is provided by other services, which have their own privacy policies:
- YouTube — videos on the News & Updates page are played from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode. A video is loaded from YouTube only after you click it.
- Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare) — used to load fonts and a small script; they may receive your IP address.
- Social media links — links to Facebook, X, Instagram and YouTube take you to those sites, where their own policies apply.
6. Photos on this website
Photos of leaders, ward members and events are published to share the team’s work with the public. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, write to us at admin@oldbsr.com and we will remove it promptly.
7. How long we keep information
We keep messages only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and server logs only for as long as needed for security. We then delete them.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw any consent you have given. To do this, email admin@oldbsr.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children
This website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, including a secure (HTTPS) connection. However, no method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
